From the beginning polish market has been supplied from Germany. However due to significant sales increase, a decision about building a warehouse in Poland has been made. Local warehouse will significantly decrease delivery time. Instant product availability is the main argument to use Beliani services.

Since entering polish market two years ago, and ending last years pilot phase with a success, the turnover has significantly increased. Currently Poland is the third most important market for Beliani group. In 2014 a 20 000 square meter ground was bought and construction of the first 4300 square meter warehouse had begun, leaving option for building additional halls. The facility will be put into commission in summer 2015. Next to the warehouse a repair garage, intended as a maintenance and repairment facility for Beliani fleet, will be placed.

Beliani was convinced mainly by avandeo’s position as a furniture brand that thanks to a large success connected with sofas and beds was widely recognisable in German speaking countries.  Beliani made a partnership with EuroKaution, which enables the customer to finance their home furniture in addition to the rent's deposit. How does this work? It is simple: if you rent a flat, you have to leave a deposit. With EuroKaution you can keep your money - and spend it for instance to purchase furniture. EuroKaution vouch for the deposit with the owner, in exchange of a 7.60.- francs monatly fee. The tenant will receive the blocked amount in return. However, the owner keeps the same level of security as before - thanks to the cooperation between EuroKaution and Generali. With EuroKaution you can replace an existing deposit or renounce since the beginning to place a deposit on a blocked Bank account for a new apartment.
